There’s plenty going on at St Peter’s for everyone. Here’s a list of just some of our activities.

Coffee Stop: Join us for tea, coffee and refreshments every Wednesday at 10.45am to 12 noon in the Upper Church.

Parish Visiting: If you would like someone from the church to visit you, or know someone who would appreciate a visit, please let us know.

The Church Singers practise on Friday evenings at 7.45pm in the Upper Church and lead the singing at the 9.45am service every week, and other services from time to time.

St Peter’s has a number of prayer and study groups including a Julian Group, Ichthus Study Group and Bible Reading Fellowship to give time, in small groups, for prayer, discussion and fellowship.  Currently we are running a Pilgrim Course.

St Peter’s Mothers’ Union, part of the worldwide group supporting family life, meets once a month on a Wednesday evening and always welcomes new members.

The Out and About Club organises outings by coach for interest and enjoyment. Look out for posters as tickets often sell fast.

Ladies’ Breakfast: We support and introduce ladies to this bi-monthly, non-denominational, breakfast at the Pembury Mercure Hotel, with a speaker.

Friends of the Old Church raise money to support the fabric of the Old Church. Please contact us if you would like to subscribe to become a Friend. The Friends arrange a number of exciting social events during the course of the year – look out for details.

Stamps for Sudan: You can support the Church in Sudan by buying your Royal Mail stamps in the Upper Church after the 9.45am service. 10% of the face value goes to Sudan and it doesn’t cost you any extra!
